Overview
You are here because, well, maybe the top 4 result on Google wasn't enough? And also you are wondering to yourself:
"Wasn't Robust Spirit about bombs only?"
"What if I missed my bombs?"
"What do I do in downtime?"
"Where is my damage?"
"How did you do those damage?"
Keyterms
Since this gonna be a long guide, therefore you need to learn these keyterms before jump in the actual guide. LA player also use these term in their daily chat so it's a win-win for you to learn these.
What is Robust Spirit ?
Robust Spirit Soulfist is one of the strongest burst damage dealers in the game. Instead of moving from Hype 1 to Hype 3, you could jump in Hype 3 rightaway, which give you tons of damage buff. Also with the skillset being the combination of melee and ranged skill, she make you feel like a pro-gamer playing Lost Ark.
Robust Spirit Soulfist have World Domination as one of the strongest awakening skill and even stronger with RS. With that in mind, missing WD will lead to a huge damage lost and maybe your teammates laughing at you.
Stats Priority
Specialization! This is your main stats with RS Soulfist. Your DMG, ATKSPD, CDR that you get from Hype and your Awakening scale with your Spec. The higher your Spec, the higher your DMG, ATKSPD, CDR your Hype give you and the bigger the Awakening DMG.
Skill Set
There are a variable of skill set that you could use depend on your preferences and raid. But since this is an ALL AGE GUIDE, let us start with a few common skill set.
This is the most basic and beginner friendly skill build for new player. You may find it different from other skill builds that you have read before. Those are sure stronger than this but it's mostly endgame build with maximum investment which you couldn't able to afford it at the moment.
Also this is the one that this guide is based on.
Pulverizing Palm/Flash Step work as a moving skill or can be used as a self-buff.
Energy Release is the main self-buff skill and must be used first in almost every rotation.

Gems provide bonus damage and cooldown reduction to specific skills, therefore it is very important for Soulfist to have these.
You can use lower tier rune if you don't have the exact rune in this table. Also I'm currently using Secondary since I am not a fan of Judgment-Conviction.

This is the Meta build in Korea, it works for both Energy Overflow and Robust Spirit build. But I wouldn't recommend this if you don't have any Level 9 gems or at least 1700 Specs. Also this build lack of Destruction with only one Lv.2 destruction.
Maybe I will try this in the future if I have Level 9 gems.

Awakening of the day

World Domination
One of the biggest damage Awakening in the game.
Engravings
Engravings are powerfull feature that decide your playstyle in the game. Below is the list of recommended Engravings for playing.
Required meaning it is strongly recommended.
Optional meaning you must pick one engraving within the priority.
Priority meaning in which order that you should get.

Robust Spirit
RequiredPrority: 1Since this is a Robust Spirit guide, therefore it is a must have Engraving with top priority. Also, you must get LV.3 Robust Spirit since you going use your skill in Hype.

Grudge
RequiredPrority: 2Grudge is one of the TOP TIER Engraving for every damage dealer in Lost Ark. 20% multiplier damage in exchange for 20% incoming damage. But since this is a dodging game, this seem reasonable.

Precise Dagger
OptionalPrority: 3Precise Dagger give you flat 20% critical rate in exchange of 10% critical damage which help you in start out spamming rotation without thinking, it is recommended if you don't want to manage too much buff.

Adrenaline
OptionalPrority: 3Adrenaline provide 15% critical rate plus 6% additional attack power. It is confirm that this give you more DPS than Precise Dagger. But, in exchange, you must maintaining or getting 6 stacks before spamming out rotation.

Keen Blunt Weapon
RequiredPrority: 4This engraving only bring benefit after you got at least 50-60% critical rate. Therefore I put it in Prority: 4. So you would like this engraving after having enough critical rate, which give you 50% more critical damage.

Cursed Doll
OptionalPrority: 5This give you 16% additional attack power in exchange of 25% healing reduced. Which is the best engraving within Prority: 5 since every raid will need 1 support in the team.

Mass Increase
OptionalPrority: 5This is an alternative to Cursed Doll with 10% Attack Speed Reduced. But it is only recommended if you have over 140% Attack Speed.

Awakening
OptionalPrority: 5If you are a fan of throwing in balls into the boss face, then this is the engraving you need. This will help you throwing out Awakening every 100 seconds.
This is some quick math if you want to do more research about Crit Damage and Crit Rate.
Gear Set
Robust Spirit lacking critical rate, therefore, having critical rate buff give Soulfist tons of damage.
